ABOUT HUGH MCGUIRE:

Hugh McGuire has been "hacking book culture" and its relationship to the web for nine years.

Hugh is the co-editor, with Brian O'Leary, of Book: a Futurist's Manifesto and created Librivox, the world's largest library of free, public domain audiobooks as well as iambik, a similar product with a commercial model. He is also the founder of the Pressbooks platform (built on top of WordPress), which has streamlined the book layout process for conventional book publishers and enabled writers to produce professional-looking books for the ebook and print-on-demand markets.
