NEW! Excellence in Publishing Awards

MBPA is proud to announce an annual awards program to celebrate our member Publishers and Authors. The Board has determined there is no better way to promote our organization than to build on the accomplishments and achievements of our members and will therefore present recognition awards at the Spring meeting for print* books published July 1, 2014 - December 30, 2015 in the categories of adult fiction, poetry, biography/memoir, history, general nonfiction, and books for children and young adults. Entries will be accepted from all dues-paying MBPA members in good standing and the competition will be judged by the Board.

In addition, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, lifetime achievement awards will be presented to individuals who have donated their time and energies to assist the Association over a period of years and to authors recognized for their exceptional contributions to MidAtlantic letters.

(*We will work to include other book formats in future years.)
